If you’ve got £750+ to spend, then get yourself a brand new Fender USA model. But I’d rather pay much less and buy a guitar with a rock-and-roll back story to tell.
Based in the UK, I specialise in restoring neglected guitars and releasing them back into the wild … locked and reloaded. Most of my guitars are Japanese Fenders and Squiers – plus a few interesting mods and rockers.
Axe Relics is run as a hobby, not a business
So that means I”ll probably only be selling a guitar every few months — unless I’m selling a batch of my own in one go! (happens). I’ve been working on guitars for years. I play guitar myself too, so I try to sell guitars that appeal to me for various reasons. I don’t do custom builds, sorry.
If you want an early warning of what’s coming up on this site – then follow my Facebook page. I”ve sold quite a bit on eBay before. So if you look at my eBay profile, you’ll see I”ve got excellent feedback (for guitars and general home/items sales/purchases, etc.)
However, eBay fees are significant and can snatch away any return you make, having spent many hours sorting a guitar. So that’s why I’m starting to mix it up a bit and sell on here too.
Hopefully that makes it a bit cheaper for you too 🙂
Kind regards,
Steve
